    50 Jobs, 50 States: One Man's Mission

It's not every day that you meet a kid who is so disgusted with the job market that he decides to pack up and pursue 50 different jobs in 50 different states. This morning, I talked to a remarkable young man named Daniel Seddiqui, a professional job hopper, who graduated from USC and got rejected from over 40 job interviews.

Daniel set out on a journey to explore the country and explore any and all job opportunities in a range of fields. Right now, he's in New Orleans bartending on Bourbon Street. So far he's worked at Home Depot, had a logging job in Oregon, worked as a petroleum engineer and is currently in his 21st job and state. He's never stayed in a hotel. He's $65,000 dollars in debt and has stayed in his car 9 days out of the 20-week journey thus far. He's a great kid with a great attitude who, along the way, has been offered 13 book publishing deals and 8 movie deals. Take a look. He's one cool kid.

I admire this young man. I proves that if we are willing to do whatever it takes to get a job we can have success. It might now be what we want or are qualifield for but we can survive the times. I was a owner of 10 million dollars logistics company that failed. I got all of my employees place with other companies. When the time came for me to get a job I was out of luck in the management end of transportation. For e years I was an over the road truck driver. I hated every minute of it. Being away from family for up to 21 days at time. I went from aincome of 135,000 to 60,000 per year. My point is that I survived for better times and now I have a 115,000 year job in the transportation industry doing work that I love has a regional manager. I know that all people are not the same but if we quit playing sorry for me role and see what the silver lining might be I can promise any of you that you will find talents and abilities that you did not know you had.

"a professional job hopper": What a jerk! How many jobs has this guy made a job commitment to only to walk out a week later? Why give this guy national news time?
