I’ve always wanted to tried a Quizno’s BBQ. Now the following is related to Quizno’s Reestraunts.
First of all Quizno’s Restraunts wanted to open a restraunt here in Vicksburg Ms and it was going to be a part of the new strip mall called Halls Ferry Station which fell into a legal quandry becouse of poor concrete issues with the foundation. Now Quizno’s was one of the restraunts waiting to get into this marketplace. Late last year it never happened. Why? Becouse the civic leaders, business leaders were mixed up in legal battle over Halls Ferry Station. Well the strip mall issue of ownership did get resolved with Regions Bank taking on as the new ownership. Since Quizno’s was kept in the wings for a longtime but that changed late last year when Quizno’s Colorado HQ announced they were’nt opening in Vicksburg at all. The company withdrew thier contract. Becouse they’ve been waiting for so long.
As for Halls Ferry Station it remains a concrete hulk with no tenants. And everyone is wondering what’s going to happen to it.
